  • We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products crafted with precision and care. As part of our dedication to excellence, we offer a Lifetime Warranty on all our products, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

    Warranty Coverage

    Our Lifetime Warranty guarantees that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of the original owner's lifetime. This warranty extends to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. In the event of either a flaw in the construction or a failure of the materials, we will repair or replace the piece at our discretion. 

    Warranty Exclusions

    The Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

    • Normal wear and tear.

    • Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse.

    • Alterations or modifications made by the customer or a third party.

    • Damage caused by improper care or maintenance.

    • Damage caused by extreme changes in ambient humidity or temperature.

    • Natural Wood Variations: the piece you receive may include unique details such as mineral deposits, pitch, grain variations, bark inclusions, small knots, or sapwood.

  • Cancellations

    You may cancel your order within 72 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please contact us via email at dylan@turkeytaildesign.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Cancellations may be subject to a 3% service fee which is applied to the refund amount.

    Returns

    We are happy to provide wood and finish samples, 3D renderings, and photos of past work in order to make you confident that you are receiving exceptional products and services. However, please note that we do not offer returns on purchases unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.

    • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please document the damage with photos, notify the carrier, and contact us immediately at dylan@turkeytaildesign.com. Once your return request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request within 3 business days. Turkey Tail Design + Woodcraft holds the sole discretion as to whether damaged furniture is viable for either a repair or full replacement.

    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, properly protecting the furniture for transit, and purchasing shipping insurance. Turkey Tail Design + Woodcraft is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will receive a refund of your purchase price, less shipping charges.
