We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products crafted with precision and care. As part of our dedication to excellence, we offer a Lifetime Warranty on all our products, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
Warranty Coverage
Our Lifetime Warranty guarantees that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of the original owner's lifetime. This warranty extends to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. In the event of either a flaw in the construction or a failure of the materials, we will repair or replace the piece at our discretion.
Warranty Exclusions
The Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Normal wear and tear.
Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse.
Alterations or modifications made by the customer or a third party.
Damage caused by improper care or maintenance.
Damage caused by extreme changes in ambient humidity or temperature.
Natural Wood Variations: the piece you receive may include unique details such as mineral deposits, pitch, grain variations, bark inclusions, small knots, or sapwood.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 72 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please contact us via email at dylan@turkeytaildesign.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Cancellations may be subject to a 3% service fee which is applied to the refund amount.
Returns
We are happy to provide wood and finish samples, 3D renderings, and photos of past work in order to make you confident that you are receiving exceptional products and services. However, please note that we do not offer returns on purchases unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please document the damage with photos, notify the carrier, and contact us immediately at dylan@turkeytaildesign.com. Once your return request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request within 3 business days. Turkey Tail Design + Woodcraft holds the sole discretion as to whether damaged furniture is viable for either a repair or full replacement.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, properly protecting the furniture for transit, and purchasing shipping insurance. Turkey Tail Design + Woodcraft is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will receive a refund of your purchase price, less shipping charges.

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Turkey Tail Design + Woodcraft Trade Program ("Trade Program"). By applying for and participating in the Trade Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
The Trade Program is open to professionals in the interior design, architecture, retail, and related fields.
Applicants must provide valid proof of professional status, such as a business license, resale certificate, or membership in a recognized trade organization.
Turkey Tail Design + Woodcraft reserves the right to accept or reject any application or membership at its sole discretion.
3. Trade Discounts
Approved Trade Program members are eligible for exclusive trade discounts on purchases.
Discounts may vary based on product categories and order volume.
Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers unless otherwise specified.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders placed under the Trade Program are subject to our standard terms of sale.
Trade Program members may become eligible for extended payment terms, such as net-30, net-60, or net-90, at the sole discretion of Turkey Tail Design + Woodcraft LLC.
Payment must be made using approved payment methods. Failure to comply with payment terms may result in suspension or termination of Trade Program benefits.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Trade Program members may receive priority production and expedited shipping options.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and order size.
Turkey Tail Design + Woodcraft is not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
Custom or special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon receipt. Turkey Tail Design + Woodcraft has the sole discretion on deeming an item defective or damaged as defined by our Lifetime Warranty (link).
To initiate a return, members must contact Turkey Tail Design + Woodcraft customer service for a return authorization.
7. Marketing and Co-Branding
By participating in the Trade Program, members grant Turkey Tail Design + Woodcraft the right to feature their projects and use their business name, logo, and project images in marketing materials, including our website, social media, and newsletters.
Members may opt-out of marketing and co-branding opportunities by contacting customer service.
8. Confidentiality
Trade Program members agree to maintain the confidentiality of all pricing, discounts, and other proprietary information provided by Turkey Tail Design + Woodcraft.
Unauthorized disclosure of such information may result in the termination of Trade Program membership and potential legal action.
9. Termination
Turkey Tail Design + Woodcraft reserves the right to terminate or modify the Trade Program at any time without notice.
Members may terminate their participation in the Trade Program by providing written notice to customer service.
Upon termination, members will no longer be eligible for Trade Program benefits.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turkey Tail Design + Woodcraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Trade Program.
Turkey Tail Design + Woodcraft’s total liability to any Trade Program member shall not exceed the amount paid by the member for the product(s) at issue purchased under the Trade Program.
11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state courts located in Norfolk County, Massachusetts.
12. Amendments
Turkey Tail Design + Woodcraft reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via email or through our website.
Continued participation in the Trade Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
