  • Made-To-Order Furniture :

    A Made-To-Order Furniture order is an order placed via our online shop. Please refer to each unique product information page for our current production times as they change. Note that production time estimates do not include delivery and transit time.

    Custom Furniture Orders: Processing times for custom items will vary depending on our existing backlog and the complexity of the project. We will provide an estimate once the design is finalized with Turkey Tail.

  • Boston Metro Local Delivery:

    If you live in the Boston metro area, we will happily coordinate a time to deliver your furniture for a flat $50 fee. You may also coordinate a pickup time at our production facility if you would prefer.

    White Glove Shipping:

    For orders outside the Boston Metro area, your furniture will be shipped and delivered by a trusted network of local couriers. This service includes:

    • Professional blanket wrapping of our furniture to ensure safe travel.

    • Delivery to your front door or driveway.

    • If you would like delivery inside your home, please contact us before placing your order as there may be an additional charge.

  • At this time, we only ship or deliver orders to New England states and New York.

    For orders outside of this area, please submit a custom works inquiry, and we will provide a shipping price from a trusted courier. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

    White Glove Shipping Cost:

    If your order is shipping outside the Massachusetts Boston Metro Area, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, or New York, shipping will be calculated at check-out by total order weight.

  • Boston Metro Local Delivery:

    If your furniture is being delivered locally to your home by Turkey Tail Design + Woodcraft, we will reach out via email or phone to schedule an ideal time to deliver your furniture.

    White Glove Shipping:

    When our trusted Courier team picks up your item from our workshop, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information and a delivery date estimate.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please document the damage with detailed photos, notify the carrier, and contact us immediately at support@turkeytaildesign.com so we can remedy the issue.

    We are happy to provide wood and finish samples, 3D renderings, and photos of past work in order to make you confident that you are receiving exceptional products and services. However, please note that we do not offer returns on purchases unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.

    • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please document the damage with photos, notify the carrier, and contact us immediately at dylan@turkeytaildesign.com. Once your return request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request within 3 business days. Turkey Tail Design + Woodcraft holds the sole discretion as to whether damaged furniture is viable for either a repair or full replacement.

    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, properly protecting the furniture for transit, and purchasing shipping insurance. Turkey Tail Design + Woodcraft is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will receive a refund of your purchase price, less shipping charges and a 5% service charge.
