About the piece:

This Ash coffee table blends a playful form with traditional construction techniques to create something that is both modern and timeless. All four legs are shaped by hand using a lathe into the iconic “candle-pin” style, and through-tenoned into the table top with wedges that assure the legs will stay in place, even as the top seasonally expands and contracts. The top has a subtle taper and rounding to it that compliments the other non-geometric motifs of the design.
